Plate is a boutique interactive studio which came into existence in 2009. Though officially founded by Sean (who also co-founded Kinetic), Plate has always been a partnership in its workings. Together, Jason and Sean make up the heart of Plate, calling upon a roster of trusted associates as the job demands.
As you can tell, we are really straightforward guys. And just as we don’t believe in adding fluff to our write-up, we approach every job with the same earnestness, bringing nothing less than our best to the table.
We look forward to being put to the test.
In our 20-odd years in the industry, we’ve handled it all; from jobs that require just web design to strategising full-scale online campaigns. We also dabble in branding as well as animation, particularly the stop-motion/vector/2D variety.
We’ve been lucky to have our work picked out for recognition at award shows here and abroad. Sean has also been asked to judge at D&AD, The One Show, Cannes and The Webby Awards. (Trivia: Sean was invited to be a lifetime member of The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS); other members include Vint Cerf, Matt Groening and David Bowie!)
